Job Responsibilities: 
- Provide customer service by telephone or e-mail
- Be the bridge connecting customers to hotels
- Settle any problems the customers might have
- 40 working hours week with absolutely no overtime (They take work life/private life balance very seriously)
- Choice between working in shifts of either morning to afternoon or noon to night
- Monthly salary of 30?? (with an increase of 5% after 6 months)
- Location of office in Tokyo
- Transportation up to 5?? per month
- 3 month bonus scheme
- No dress-code
- Lunch and Dinner provided by company
- Fresh fruit available for snacks for free
- Wii U in the resting lounge
