The PYA is recruiting an office administrator to join its small, dynamic team based in the head office in Antibes. The ideal candidate would:


  • Have excellent administrative skills
  • Be fully computer literate in the Microsoft office suite with the ability to adapt to our in-house IT systems
  • Be meticulous and thorough in their work, with a strong eye for detail
  • Have full professional proficiency in spoken AND written English
  • Be friendly, outgoing and flexible, with the ability to work as part of a team


The position is primarily in English, however a working use of French is a bonus.


This is a PART TIME position, but there is the possibility of increasing the hours and tasks in the future for the right person and skillset.


The salary is dependent on experience.
