Management Plus Hotels is constructing a new 5-star Hotel in Eze Bord de Mer (between Monaco & Nice) .

We require a person who is bilingual English/French (& some Russian would be helpful but not necessary), drivers licence and optimistic & positive outlook.


The job involves:

Reports to Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor with accurate clear information.
Provide administration duties and clerical supports to Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor and site personnel.
Co-ordinate information to Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Accountant and site personal.
Proficient with MS Office Applications, working in Dropbox, scanning & printing
Ordering materials as specified by the Project Manager & Quantity Surveyor
Security and Safety in reporting all personal are wearing safety helmets and protective clothing and shoes and to ensuring a Clean and Safe Workplace.
Coordinating the arrival of all deliveries and checking good delivered against delivery note.
Confirming time of arrival & departure and the number and name of all personal on site.
Checking the oil & walk around of the 2 trucks and digger and bobcat daily. Recording the hours and Km and any faults & recording all fuel purchases for each machine with note of hours and km.
Washing down with a jet wash every Friday afternoon all equipment.
Recording all trips of the trucks, specially to the rubbish disposal and time taken for the trip and the type of load and collecting the receipt on return and recording in Excel.
Arranging service and repairs and maintenance of machinery at the direction of Project Manager & Quantity Surveyor.
Keeping the gates closed to the site and pavement in front of the construction site clean and clear of obstructions to the public. Locking the site.
Cleaning of the 2 site offices daily and once a week spring clean of the offices.
Hours 35 hours per week start at 08.00 (1-hour lunch) 16.00 finish.
Easy access to work on train or 100 buses.
No previous experience required but good alert skills and good communication essential.
