KK Superyachts, a Monaco based company, is now recruiting a Commercial Manager.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and win new business

  • Identify opportunities to expand the business, including through partnerships, mergers and new markets
  • Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth
  • Use and manage CRM applications to follow up sales and charter and yacht management leads
  • Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients
  • Manage daily operations, including employee training and development, contract negotiations etc.
  • Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations

The candidate must have the following qualities:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience a similar position within a yachting industry
  • Strong communication, sales and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
  • Superb negotiation capabilities
  • MBA preferred but not necessary with relevant experience
  • Must be team oriented and results focused
