As Office Administrator you'll be working with our Japan team in Tokyo (Shinjuku). We are currently hiring 2-3 part time staff. This is a temporary-to-possible permanent role. Start date is immediately but flexible.

Responsibilities and Duties
Areas of Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day office operations.Facilitate internal shipping for product, samples, etc.Help pick, pack, and fulfill ordersManage and order office supplies, equipment, food, drinks, etc.Coordinate team events, celebrations, milestones, off sites.General recruiting and on-boarding new employees.Flexible. We are a start-up and currently in the process of establishing our Japanese presence. Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications:
Previous experience is not required - on the job training will be provided, but applicants must obtain the following traits:
• Conversational English required
• Computer literate and IT savvy
• Great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent work ethic, dependable, and responsible
• Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Able to meet deadlines
• Able to work both with others and independently
• Great sense of humor
• Some experience as an administrator or in clerical work preferred
Benefits
Travel reimbursement up to ¥30,000/month
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: 1,000? to 1,400? /hour
