Process after Interview
1. Move forward to the Visa Acquisition → Takes about 1 month and a week to get the whole process completed!2. Proceed to a Second Interview with the Representative of a Franchise Company (Kids Duo schools are run by a franchisee especially when it is located outside the Kanto region)We have a 16-day Start-Up Training every month.Teachers receive comprehensive initial training in Tokyo with pay . The commute will be reimbursed.

Kids Duo schools are open from 9:00 to 20:305 days: mostly Monday- Friday (May be required to work on Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays for special events.)9 hours a day (including 1 hour break) between the open hours. Shift schedule: Early and Late Shift           Example: 9:00am-6:00pm, 11:00am-8:00pmHolidays

Bonus upon Renewal of 1-year ContractTransportation fee is covered Social insurance plan (including health insurance) Housing Support (No subsidies offered) We are looking for new Instructors to join our team who:Are Native English Speakers / fluent English speakers*Have a two-year Associate Degree or higher;Are active and energetic, and have enthusiasm in teaching children aged 3-12;Are independent and creatively minded, ready to innovate and adapt in any circumstance; Comfortable contributing to and working in a team environment;Experience teaching English and/or working with children is preferable, but not required; as long as you are comfortable working with and playing with kids!  *Our curriculum puts emphasis on pronunciation and phonics practice; while we of course welcome English speakers from a variety of regions with varying dialects and accents, we ask that you are able to effectively teach and express these concepts in a phonetically natural English environment.
