At iPBX, we work with our partners every day to solve their biggest technology and business issues.  We even help them unlock new business opportunities by being more effective communicators.  The Business Development team is responsible for selling communications solutions to both existing partner clients as well as green field partners that you discover for the team.  iPBX’ extensive technology portfolio includes networking, cloud, machine-to-machine, security, professional services and mobility solutions. Concierge Representatives are focused on introducing organizations to the popular communications service. Develop new subscriber partners each month while maintain connections with existing partners clients.Achieve and exceed required number of iPBX subscriber sign ups and sales targetsBuild long term, strategic relationships with partner accounts, securing strategic sales opportunities that drive profitable revenue growth for partner and AINEO.Meet partners, evaluate needs, consult AINEO internal resources, and recommend solution that is most beneficial to partner and AINEO.The role of the Partner Service Representative is to talk with our partner clients.  Partner Service Representatives are the ambassadors of the AINEO brands.  This role is specifically focused on the iPBX offering.  In the Concierge role, you will be doing many of the following things-
Calling and checking up on various partner’s services each day and making sure they are understanding the service and how to use it. Following up with emails and explaining the technology, hearing the business needs of the partner’s business and consulting on the best application. Looking for new ways for AINEO’s team to help the partner.Resolving any issues or outstanding questions at the site mostly via AINEO’s iPBX Circle service with chat, phone, video conference, and of course, email.    Essential Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; fluent Business Japanese (written is ideal but spoken is a must)University degree or equivalent level of education, preferably in information technology or sciencesExperience in telecommunications, conferencing, or other related industry a plusTwo years or more in selling products, solutions, and delivering customer service.Strong communications skills and consistent infectious positive attitude.Well-developed presentation and problem solving skills to help solve partner client real business issuesOutgoing, bright, quick, and flexible personality. Passionate follower and team playerTechnical Skills:
Fluid in using Windows and/or Apple OSX computers for daily adventuresFamiliarity with iOS for internal communications appsWord, Excel, Powerpoint, office application experienceHands-on experience with CRM such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SugarCRM or comparible sales management is a plus.
