Job Description

To continue our successful growth, we are seeking to hire a Research and Administrative Assistant for our Paris office. You will directly contribute to the M&A process by researching and preparing company profiles and industry overviews, as well as assisting with business correspondence for the Chairman. Excellent organizational skills are necessary for managing and updating internal databases. There will also be general administrative support tasks, including answering the phone, welcoming clients for meetings, and preparing mailings to prospective clients.


A successful candidate will have a Bachelor degree, preferably with experience in studying or working abroad. Interest in deal-oriented environments such as investment banking, strategy consulting, private equity or corporate finance is preferred. You are proactive and capable of working independently. With superb analytical skills, you will be able to conduct thorough and detailed research of targeted sectors. You should be comfortable on the phone and sensitive to the confidential nature of M&A work. Native fluency in English required; high level of French would be beneficial.
