Legal Lingua, LLC is hiring for the
part-time position of Manager who is responsible for account management and
business development as follows:
Account Management (10-25 hours per
month):
- Set-up of new courses (finding the appropriate content for the
client, discussing the content with teacher and client, trial course,
preparing course description, drafting contracts, tentative calendar,
presentation of the teacher)
- Follow-up of ongoing courses (description of course content,
calendars, change of dates, absences of students or teacher, attendance
sheets, any question which might come up during a course)
- Emails and/or phone calls with clients and /or teachers on a
daily basis
- Information of the above to LL (by email or phone)
- Follow-up with teachers (course content, books, calendars,
attendance sheets)
- Sending and receiving postal mail on behalf of LL
- Track the number of hours each lawyer has taken for formation
continue
- Other duties as assigned
Business Development (25 hours per month
minimum):
Develops sales opportunities
by researching and identifying potential accounts and leads; soliciting new
accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanation
about Legal Lingua's trainings and services.
Closes new accounts and leads
by calling and answering phone calls and email
Sending email inquiries
Verifying and entering
information in CRM
Develop accounts by checking
client's training history
Suggesting new training and
services
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
Languages French and English
Right to work in France (e.g. auto-entrepreneur
or travailleur independante)
Computer skills including Skype
Preferred:
Some legal experience
Prior inside sales experience
