Headmaster: Mr Nicholas Hammond is seeking to appoint a bilingual English/French
Human Resources Assistant.

Permanent and full-time vacancy (CDI) - to start early October 2017.


The HR Assistants role involves working in both languages in a generalist function encompassing recruitment, training, HR administration, staff support and welfare.


The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR Manager to ensure efficient recruitment, training and personnel administration and to ensure robust pre-recruitment checks are in place along with accurate record-keeping according to the French Labour law, the schools recruitment and safeguarding policies and in line with the requirements of the Independent Schools Inspectorate.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational skills and should be bilingual in English/French. A previous experience in staff administration and/or knowledge of British Independent Schools legal requirements would be an advantage.

We are looking for strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural environment, discretion, empathy and diplomacy as well as a sharp eye for detail, the ability to work autonomously.
