Hours: 35 hours per week
Position Start Date: Immediate
Duration: CDI 35 hours per week (SMIC plus extra 13 month payment)

Vacancy Description: The role has 3 main areas. You will take responsibility to find solutions and fix maintenance issues on our properties when they come up. You will be called upon from time to time to meet our guests and welcome them to their chosen holiday apartment. You will be tasked with the day to day running of our store room.

Minimum requirement of near fluent French and good written and spoken English. All internal written communication is done in English for the benefit of our UK HQ and English speaking owners.

Skills: You need to be organised, good at managing your time and have a friendly demeanour and can work well in a small team. Essential that you are familiar with Microsoft Word etc. and comfortable using a PC.
